Safety Equipment Tunbridge Wells Skateboarding Lessons is serious about keeping our students safe during their lessons. For your safety, is essential that you wear a helmet in order to take part in a lesson. Furthermore, we strongly advise that you wear elbow pads and knee pads as they make the odd tumble more forgiving. Please bring your own skateboard if you have one. If not we can supply you with a skateboard provided you let us know in advance of the lesson.

Accident Liability Tunbridge Wells Skateboarding Lessons are fully insured up to £5m public liability insurance. We will not however accept any liability for any incident or injuries that may happen during your lesson or when practising the skateboarding techniques or tricks you may have learnt in the lesson, nor are we required to provide any compensation to you, should an incident or injury occur. We hope you understand that like many sports, skateboarding does come with its own dangers and risks. You take part in our lessons at your own risk and therefore accept responsibility for any injuries sustained during the lesson.

Payments Payments must be made through our website and received before the lesson takes place. If payment is not received, we will not be able to send an instructor to the lesson.

Cancellation Policy Customers can cancel or rearrange their lesson so long as they let us know within 24 hours of the lesson. Unfortunately, if 24 hours notice is not given, the customer will be charged the full amount for the lesson and the instructor will be paid in full. 

Returns Policy You have the option to return or exchange any clothing purchased from the Tunbridge Wells Skateboarding Lessons website so long as the item is unworn and in its original condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. After the mentioned time frame, no returns will be accepted. Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size and the preferred size is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
